Melancholy Mancat Monday

*sigh*

*humph*

Friends, it is so cold outside, that even the birdies have stayed in bed.  And yes, this is the forbidden windowsill of breakable things.  But even that can't lift my spirits.  How much longer until spring?

  1. Oh Thomas, we know exactly how you feel. It's so chilly willy woo and wet and windy out there. Mummy says we have a long time until there is even the tiniest sign of spring. Never mind, we can all keep each other company :)xx

  3. Oh Dear, Thomas, you do sound in a bad way. Maybe you need to plan a trip to visit some of your friends...

  4. Now, why would your human put breakables on the window sills? Seriously! Those are for you to watch "tv!"

BTW, as our human has officially donned long johns now, and will have to wear them for the next oh, five months, she's definitely hoping for an early spring next year!

  7. Poor Thomas! How do I tell you things are only going to get worse -- and colder -- before they get better.

Perhaps it's best to concentrate on indoor activities to distract yourself from the outdoors.

  8. Perhaps if you conducted some Gravity Tests from the windowsill things would liven up a little?

  9. Thomas, we feel the same way...it's too cold to have the windows opened. And the mom says it's gonna be a few months before we can. Argh!

  10. Sorry Thomas, Spring is a long way off. We don't like the wet cold weather either.

  11. um...Thomas...we hate to break this to you but fall/winter has only barely begun...maybe if you break something on the window sill you'll feel better...oh, and we won't tell you what our temps were today...don't want to rub anything in...

  12. Unfortunately, unless you live in the southern hemisphere, Spring is a ways off.

  13. Thomas, that is just so sad! No birdies at all? No squirrels? Now we are melancholy, too.
