Toysday Tuesday

Today for Toysday Tuesday I thought that I would share with you all my favourite all time toy.

A wire tie! Of course I am only allowed to play with it under strict supervision.

These things are so great they should sell them!

BEST TOY EVER!

Here is a video of me playing with my wire tie, just to show you how much fun they are. Enjoy!

If the video you can watch it here.

I hope you enjoyed me sharing my favourite toy with you.

  1. ha ha ha! That DOES look like a great toy! Momma makes us lots of fancy toys but Alice's favorite is an old hickory nut from the backyard....that makes Momma roll her eyes.

  8. Some of the best toys are the ones that aren't actually supposed to be toys!

    We love wine bottle corks!

  9. That looks fun, Charlie O! We agree with other kitties, sometimes it's the toys that aren't supposed to be toys, that are the funnest! MOL

  10. Ah, I need to stop spending money on so many toys for my furry crew--obviously the everyday items are better!

  12. That is a great toy Charlie! My kitties love wire too - Virgil actually stole a whole role of it to play with! We can see why it has to be under supervision though - it is a bit of a dangerous looking one if you were alone with it. But we bet that is part of the thrill!

  17. That looks like a lot of fun. When the Beans go out, dad wires shut the vents at the front of the woodburner in case we knock them open when we play. When the wire is beside the woodburner and not being used, we pick it up and take it away to play with.

  22. Oh yes! Any bean who plays guitar knows how much kitties love wire!! In a past life, my Angel kitty Bustopher used to love whapping those strings when they were being changed. That's the only time it was allowed...strictly supervised!

  23. We think this looks fun. We like to bat around tin foil balls and try to eat cellophane. My friend Marshmellow chokes on the cellophane, so Mama takes it away from us.
    We loved the video.

  28. At my house if you leave the drawer
open where the twist ties are stored
you are asking for uninvited furry
paws to reach in and throw the twist
ties all over the floor. Never sure
which young cat to blame, they ALL
look guilty once the ties are on the floor! LOL

  31. Why do we even bother buying cat toys? Such a simple little thing provides so much fun! That kind of thing you can twist into almost any shape, too.

Charlie really seems entranced by it, anyway.
