    There were some very high winds today. News readers are reporting many ornaments have been blown of shelves, bookcases and tables. Definitely no cats have been involved in any such thing ;)

    All cats must take a vow of silence - if nocat confesses and there were no other witnesses, then it cannot be proven who did it. In that case, nocat can be punished. At least that's how it works here.
