A mystery........
Mum had noticed that Charlie was looking a little chunky lately, but couldn't think of a reason behind the sudden weight gain. After all Charlie is a finicky feline who doesn't eat a lot of what is offered at home.
Well the mystery is solved and here is the evidence.........
Charlie has been rifling through other people's rubbish in order to lick out used tuna tins, this is the fouth one mum has found in the last week. I don't mean to be catty, but it's not doing his waistline any good!
Mum cannot wait until everyone gets the new lidded recycling bins from the Local Authority.

Yikes! Very sneaky, Charlie! But all that tuna, and the salt especially, definitely is not good for you. The lidded recycling bins will be terrific.
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
Haha! Charlie, you are one sneaky cat!
ReplyDeleteOh, Charlie, you are a little stinker! Don't want that tuna juice to attract bugs now, right?
ReplyDeleteYou are one smart dude, Charlie!!!!!!!! Way to go!!!!!!!!!!

Charlie,
ReplyDeleteYou are awesome. We think you are One Smart Cat!
MOL!...Charlie is a smart, silly boy=dumpster diving like a homeless kitty!!...Well, we must say, he is being finicky and brilliant about his findings=who can resist tuna whiff?...Happy weekend sweet friends...kisses x3...Calle, Halle, Sukki
ReplyDeleteUh Oh, getting into the tuna cans. Sneaky but smart. We would certainly do the same if we could just find some. Keep up the good work. Have a great week end.
ReplyDeleteWow we can't believe Charlie would do that - we are shocked! ::Whispers::Thanks for the great idea Charlie!
ReplyDeleteHaha! Well done Charlie.
ReplyDeleteLola -- you know what they say about kitties who live in glass houses (or maybe you don't). It seems to me there was a time when your butt was looking rather large, but perhaps times have changed.
ReplyDeleteI'm sure Charlie will just work it off running around outside. He probably has to really work to get the tuna out of the can, too. Let's just hope he doesn't eat any that is tainted.
Hee hee hee......sneaky Charlie.
ReplyDeleteCharlie, how clever you are to hunt for tuna cans. Well make the most of it, the lids will come before you know it and your dumpster diving will come to an end.
ReplyDeleteForaging can be hard work, but very rewarding, as Charlie found out!
ReplyDeleteYou are one smart kitty! Darn those newfangled bins.
ReplyDeleteBut tuna is not fattening!
