Million Dollar Mancat Monday

Well, almost.  Sunday before last I got myself into a bit of bother.  I did resounding performance of a cat close to death's door.  I was so convincing that the services of an emegency out of hours vet was sort.

 £593.23 later I manged to make a miraculous, beyond the realms of medical science, Jesus appearing on a piece of toas,t recovery. The vet was at a loss to explain what was wrong with me and how I managed to recover after they had told The Mum not to expect me to come home.

But a cat as handsome and full of awesomeness, like myself is certianly worth £593.23 and more.  So what if the humans have to eat beans on toast for Chirstmas dinner this year.

What's that?  It's coming out of our treat budget?

Introducing The New Blurpy

This is our new blurpy. Her name is Jessica Eris and she was born by elective c-section on Friday 9th March at 18:25 weighing in at 6lbs 15oz.

Thomas knows all about babies as he's seen them before. Charlie is horrified and keeps throwing The Mum and Dad wounded looks. Afterall, it's bad enough they vanish for over 24 hours leaving someone else to care for us, but to bring home something that smells, makes lots of noise and gets to sit in the best seats in the house.

Lola, being Lola, has yet to notice.

Happy 3rd Birthday Charlie O'Marley

Today is my 3rd Birthday. The Mum forgot! The only reason The Mum even remembered in time to do this 'birthday' post is because Facebook reminded her.

I have reported her to the proper authorities.

Kitties, disturbing news! We woke up this morning to yet more of the cold wet whites stuffs. We have checked every window and door and it seems the weather is the same at all of them. This simply will not do!

Frozie Toesie Tuesday

Can you believe there's still snows on the ground and that some stupid dog has been walking in it? The weather peoples promised that all the snows would be gone by Monday, it is now TUESDAY!

What's more it snowed again this morning. We don't wish to alarm any kitties out there but *whispers* we don't think these weather peoples know what they're talking about.

Mithering Mancat Monday

The white stuffs is still there!

During bad weather it is important to remember the ancient cat rule:

Bad weather, in the form of rain, snow, and or excessive cold or heat, is always the fault of the humans. If the weather is inclement when the human opens the door to let you out, back away hastily and try another door. Be sure to stare accusingly at the human during this session. If all doors have the same bad weather and you manage not to get booted out, hop onto a window sill and gaze mournfully out at your domain. Then try again in about half an hour.
